To make a reservation on our website, you must provide the requested personal information. When confirming the reservation, the first payment is required. Reservation becomes final after having paid. The code to enter the apartment will be given only after having paid. Only then can the apartment be entered.
If the reservation has been made through a travel portal (e.g. booking.com, AirBnB, etc.), the terms and conditions stated there will apply.

The guest and his/her companions are fully responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and its contents. Please report any damage to the owner as soon as possible!
In case of short-term breakdown of equipment, utilities or force majeure, there is no right to a price reduction. Any damage to the accommodation must be reported immediately to the owner. The guest must give the operator 48 hours to repair the damage. Any complaints made after this time will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
At the request of the operator, the guest must immediately leave the apartment in case of repeated violation of the accommodation conditions and the house rules. There will be no refund of the accommodation fee.
