When booking a room, you accept the following policy. If you book by phone or internet, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions when you book your accommodation. We kindly ask you to consider and respect the following for a smooth stay.
The Owner and/or his/her representative will be present at the specified arrival/departure time (if requested).
The apartment door is equipped with a smart key fob that can be opened with a code. The code is issued only after check-in and identification on the online interface, the apartment cannot be occupied until then. In the case of reservations made through our website, a deposit will be required.
To open the big gate (car entry), you will find the remote control inside the apartment. Please return it to the same place when you leave! If the remote control is lost or damaged, you will be charged EUR 40.
When you leave, just close the door and the gate. The guest will not be able to unlock the door with the previously issued code. This is only the case at check out, when the guest leaves the accommodation at the very end.
When booking accommodation, cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Transfers between Liszt Ferenc Airport and NOER Apartment can be booked through us. The transfer is not included in the accommodation price. Please let us know your request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Transfer options:
– Electric minibus for 9 persons (8 travelers): fixed price, 8000 HUF + VAT (one way from the airport to Noer and/or back). The price is not per person, but for 1 trip.
– Taxi: approx. 5000 HUF (not fixed price)
– VIP taxi: current price can be given at the time of order. Can also be used for longer trips.
Our accommodation is an apartment, so meals are not catered for.
We can help our guests with ideas and tips if they want a quick and easy solution (e.g. food delivery, shopping).
Only registered guests are allowed in the entire property. It is forbidden for strangers to stay in the entire property, we ask all our guests to meet their visitors outside the NOER Apartment area! The number of guests can be controlled by the owner without prior notice.
Partying are not allowed in NOER apartments.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the street and do not disturb other people by being noisy.
No loud music or disturbance between 21.00 and 8.00!
There is a security camera in front of the house. Please lock the big and small gates and the door of the house (with key, code or remote control). We are not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
The accommodation provider will only enter the apartment during the stay of the guest in the presence of the guest. Exceptions to this rule are: emergency repairs, prevention or repair of danger or damage.
Accommodation has limited suitability for children. Partially meets Safe Kids Worldwide requirements (liquids accessible, fragile objects within reach, furniture not attached to the wall).
Naturally, we do our best to make your children feel comfortable:
All guests are obliged to comply with the fire safety regulations of the accommodation. Storage of flammable or explosive materials in the rooms is prohibited. Barbecues and cooking are forbidden in the yard.
The apartment is non-smoking, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property! In case of violation of this rule, the guest is obliged to pay EUR 100 (extra cleaning, deodorization, cleaning of curtains, upholstery and carpets) within 15 calendar days after departure. Smoking is allowed outside in the courtyard in the designated area.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
You must not feed the neighbour’s dog. Thank you.
The NOER Apartment has a bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Tchibo capsule coffee machine and many other kitchen utensils. Our guests have the possibility to prepare simple meals.
Inventories are available for each room. All equipment, tools and linen are checked after guests leave.
If you need anything that you can’t find in the lodge, please let us know via SMS or Whatsapp and we will do our best to help you.
Refrigerator
The fridge contains one 0.5 litre bottle of mineral water per guest, which is provided by the NOER apartment’s gratis. In addition, 1 small bottle of champagne is also a gift for guests over 18 years of age.
Before you leave, make sure you take everything you put in the fridge with you. We cannot keep things left in the fridge, they will be thrown in the garbage when we clean it.
Cleaning
Cleaning is done at each changeover, or at least once a week for longer stays, including changing bed linens and towels. This will be done at an agreed time.
Additionally, all cleaning is extra but can be arranged on request. Charges are EUR 30 per session.
If you need an iron or ironing board, please let us know!
The accommodation will keep the storable found objects for 3 months after check-out. Food and medicines are not stored by the accommodation and will be destroyed.
Wi-fi is free in the entire NOER apartment and on the terrace.
The hotel does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of wi-fi, and cannot be held responsible or liable for any failure of service. The operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the guest’s device or its contents during or as a consequence of the use of wi-fi. The guest uses the service solely at his/her own risk and responsibility.
Username and password will be shared upon arrival.
The NOER apartment has a NETFLIX subscription and smart TV in both rooms. The use of NETFLIX is free for all guests. TV channels are also available.
2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals’ personal data, regulate the processing and free movement of personal data in all EU countries. The personal data we process, all lawfully processed data at our disposal, will be processed only in compliance with the rules laid down in the Data Processing Decision.
The apartment will not disclose the guest’s data to third parties. Personal data will be stored only for the necessary period.
If the guest provides his/her e-mail address, the name and e-mail address may be used by the accommodation operator for customer contact and marketing purposes even after the guest has left the accommodation. If explicitly requested, we will of course delete it.
The accommodation cannot object to the provision of information based on a legal, administrative or judicial decision, but must comply with it.
Parking for two cars is possible in the apartment’s courtyard, in a closed area. There is space for two cars in front of the house (camera monitored area), if you do not want to park your car, you can leave it outside (as this is public space, we cannot guarantee the space). The property is not liable for any damage to the car parked on the street or in the yard.

The policy is an integral part of the accommodation contract. Violation of the rules is considered a breach of contract and the party in breach of contract is liable to compensate the damage or injury caused by the breach of contract in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
